VIP Yearly Extended Commercial License

By purchasing the VIP Extended License you accept the following terms and conditions:

❥ This License is for the VIP holder to Print and sell Transfers such as Heat or Eco Solvent on all my designs on my shop for a year, Countdown begins from purchase date.. (Designs must be purchased separately)

❥ The license is not Transferable, You cannot send my designs to third parties or Use them for a Logo or stand alone prints. 

✔ Commercial license for small businesses & crafters - you may use files ONLY to make & sell physical prints DO NOT sell them as digital files on ANY platform.

✘  Do not use parts of my files to recreate or edit to claim as your own and profit.

✘  Do not offer as Transfers without any license, If you are caught you will be responsible to pay for royalties. 

✘  Failure to follow this rules will result in no access to my shop and blocked from future sales. Please be respectful with illustrators work and responsible with the usage of all files.

✔ You must credit my store @babecavedesignz when marketing on social media like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Facebook.

DONT'S ON ALL DIGITAL ITEMS

✘ You CANNOT re-sell ANY digital files in any form, edit on Canva and re-sell as a wrap or any type of file.

✘ You may not share in Facebook svg groups, distribute privately, or use files in giveaways (freebies) on social media.

✘ You may not use my images to sell your products or make mock-ups with them.

✘  You may not upload files to any print on demand (POD) websites such as Printful, Printify, Amazon Merch, Zazzle, etc. License is for use of the buyer to print in-house.

✔  You may  use files for commercial style printing (eco-solvent prints, ready to press transfers and similar).Please note that digital downloads are non refundable. All purchases are final. Make sure that file format (SVG, PNG) is compatible with your machine and software before purchasing.
