Shipping
How long does shipping take?
❥ Processing time takes 1-3 weeks depending on the items.
❥ I ship out with USPS so time frame once Dropped off Varies from 2-6 Buiness days depending on the type of Shipping you ordered.
How do I track my order?
❥ Your tracking will be sent by Email once Label is printed, Allow 24-72 hours for tracking to update.
❥ Holidays may delay tracking updates.
Damages and issues
❥ Please inspect your order upon receiving. Please contact USPS immediately if the item is defectively damaged due to handling during shipping.
❥ All items are inspected upon packaging, I am not responsible to damages occurring after it is out of my hands.
❥ If you receive the wrong item or something is missing email me so that I can check the inspection notes and try to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Returns
Can I cancel an order?
☆ No Cancellations, No exceptions! ☆
☆ Please make sure you are serious and can wait for the processing time frame before placing an order.
Can i return an item?
☆ Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on all items or gift cards. Due to Covid and personalized nature of items.
☆ No Exceptions.
Can I exchange for a different item?
No, Please Chat with me or send me an email if you have any questions or concern before placing the order. Any wrong details such as Address, Customization or Order detail requests are not my mistake so please if you have any details or concerns contact me first.

Can i Rush my Order
Processing time is still the 1-3 week mark depending on the item, If you want Priority shipping please place the order option at Check Out.
Do you offer Custom orders?
Yes, ANYTHING you want on a Cup, Tumbler, Shirt, Sweater, Mouse Pad, Key Chain etc. I can custom make it for the special someone or even for you!
Care Instructions
✦ Cups: Hand wash only in cool/warm water and allow to air dry. Do not leave Soaking.
✦ Not suitable for dishwasher, microwave, cooking or freezing.
✦ Clean with non-abrasive sponges to prevent scratching. Do not clean with bleaches or cleaner containing chlorine.
✦ Bamboo Lids: Try not to let liquids touch the Lid, If so wash and blow dry or pat dry immediately to avoid damage.
What is a Basic and Extended license?
★ For Crafters a Basic License only gives you the rights to use the png or svg for finished products (Cups, Shirts, Free decals for your customers)
★ Extended license you can print INHOUSE with your own printer only. No other shop can have the Extended permission as licences are none transferrable. Only for you to print with your commercial printer such as Eco Solvent Decal or Heat transfers to resell to small shops.
